Description
This is a simple device to interface with the external trigger port on Canon DSLR cameras in order to automate time lapse and astrophotography. Since it was made with astrophotography in mind I selected a night-friendly red LCD display. It uses opto-isolators to interface with the camera trigger to avoid potential damage. A simple interface was implemented with a rotary knob. An ATtiny88 was used for the microprocessor to control the timing and interface with the LCD and input knob.
